Another Cash Grab Chest? Hooray... Also, if Mathias and Drogan can create troops [Mathias] and runes [Drogan] that cost PC and are NOT at least 6 months old, I feel that is a major issue. Because then you would make spending PC on troops and runes... Kinda useless...

Bout time for the mathais and Drogan update so how recently would u say their tables have been updated too? For example, Drogan is quite a while back since his last update which was around 2 years.

    Annihilate =

    13% to do 125%

2% to do 600% (+300% to Constructs, +200% if owned) --- I am going based off of the description

    .13*125 + .02*1100 = 38.25% VS. Constructs MAX

    Titan Killer
    =

6% to do 200% (+1100% to Giants, +50% per Giant essence owned)

So that's a minimum average of 78% vs. Giants.

    Gravebane =

    90% Avg vs. Undead
    if you own Gravebane

Okay so the last 2 magics I understand, but the first one (Annihilate) I don't get at all.

    38.25% vs. Constructs???

Sycall, when Tuss and Mathias were originally added to the game they could summon any non unique mount or troop that had been released. For several years after they were added they were kept up to date. In fact, several people got the first raven mount from Tuss the patch that camps were first added, before even the top guilds had the coins to buy it. When Drogan was added the devs said they would give him the same treatment.

So, the Devs have done it this way for about 5 year. I think if it really affected troop/mount sales they would have changed it a long long time ago.

that extra is not for the 2% for 600% but for the base proc. So its 13% for 125% +300% +200%.

Might be misleading but i think they did it like this all the time.

This is how Blinding Light is described, so I don't think so.

I think the extra damage is applied to both procs. Seems the most logical to me.

5PG needs to re-word the description then.

    Very cheeky 5PG.

Sneak a (semi)-premium into a grab bag and think we wouldn't notice...

I mean I thought we agreed that ever since Tollo you'd put all such troops up for direct PC sale first or at least announce it was a preview sale.

then you highly over rate just how low the chances those troops have of summoning the more recent and/or PC priced items. just because the tables have been updated is not the same as saying you can expect them to drop you all the items over this weekend.

the agreement was only officially tagged premiums would always get a direct sale.

they have always played very fast and lose with just what a premium officially is just to avoid the issue you bring up.

but a very nice scaling troop is not automatically a premium sadly. that has long been established.

and once again, raids with *LOTS* of old craft formulas that new players will know thing about without any kind of attempt to bring those craft formulas to view.

this is something that has to drive new players pure nuts. I know what I am looking for with them and it annoys me even.

if its really too hard to bring the old craft formulas into the new tab or to just make a current tab (wont even think of asking for the proper solution of us being able to flag formulas), could there maybe just be an official post that summarizes the crafts from the raids? the kessov items are spread all over the place and could easily see someone missing part of them.

My very favorite thing about this week's update is: The low-ML tier raids.
I liked it because: It's a good change once in a while for players that have played less than 4 years. Maybe a first I could extract everything from a World Raid/event.
Maybe we could: Have more new-player initiatives that can help bring us closer to up-to-par. (I kind of like the Pit of Bones raid for the same reasons).
