General question. For months we have seen things "are in development" or "we can't tell you about this quite yet". What is the reluctance to give us information, or tell us things that are going on?

With major features, can you guys give us a 'beta test' or preview about a month before something is released, so we can give our feedback to give a sanity check? Games like WoW have multiple month PTRs to test features and get feedback.

If it's a case of "too many cooks" do you guys utilize the Player Council as your beta-testers?

We're actually working towards a PTE (Public Test Environment) but it's going to take some time before it's ready. Player feedback is important to us.

In most cases we don't divulge too much information because there are a variety of things that could and often do change during the development and testing process of a feature. Going forward we'd like to give more of a sneak peak on features as they near completion whenever possible.
